Learn to advocate by understanding who you are and confidently communicate it.

Stronger advocacy skills can help you living independently, find a job, talk to your doctors, and so much more!

  • Session One: Understanding Self Awareness - Discover who you are and define your own sense of Identity.

  • Session Two: Increasing my Self Awareness - Understand how an accurate self-image can help you achieve your goals. This could be at the doctors, education and training, finding a job, and more.
  • Session Three: My values and Beliefs - Identify your personal values and beliefs.
  • Session Four: Communicating Confidence - Practice sharing what you have learned about yourself so that you can build confidence in communicating to others who you are, what your goals are, and what you need.


Limit: 12
Duration: 4 weeks
Cost: $20.00 ($15.00 if approved for the DSAS Grant Discount)
